Working principles of piston compressor:
The cylinder capacity changes periodically by a piston driven in a reciprocating motion via a crankshaft. When the piston moves from the cylinder head, the cylinder capacity is gradually increasing, then the gas, along the air intake, pushes open the intake valve and goes into the cylinder. The valve will be closed as the cylinder capacity reaches the maximum. When the piston pump performs reverse movement, the capacity will be reduced and the gas pressure will be increased. The discharging valve will open and discharge the gas when the gas pressure is higher than the exhaust pressure. The valve will be closed until the piston reaches the terminal position. When gas suction, compression and exhaust are realized in the cylinder, a working cycle is completed.
